Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without stating a reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, or, in the case of multiple products delivered separately in a single order, of receiving the last product. If you withdraw, you will be refunded all payments you have made without undue delay, including shipping costs, and in any case no later than 30 days from when our customer service receives your decision to withdraw.
Before withdrawing, you have the right to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the defects. If, by doing so, you cause a reduction in the value of the goods, you will be liable for this reduction in value. Once you initiate the withdrawal process, we will process the return of the goods you purchased.
Return of Defective, Damaged, or Non-Conforming Products
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as the reason for the return during the online return request, which must be completed using the same procedures described in the previous paragraphs.
You will be asked to upload one or more images of the defect found and you will be contacted directly by customer service at info@zahirgioielli.com with shipping instructions.
